Nick is a confident and energetic leader with a proven track record of building scalable and sustainable organizations with an emphasis on quality, partnerships and culture while maximizing shareholder value. While working with RHA Health Services for 15 years, in various leadership roles, including President and CFO, Nick took RHA through multiple successful exits.
Nick’s diverse skills span from Operations, Finance, Technology, People and Culture, Growth to Debt Management in multiple industries including Health Care, Telecom and Beverage. This dynamic background and experience, with his ability to build and operate in different financing structures consisting of Private Equity and Public, makes Nick an invaluable CEO and leader to spearhead the expansion of Skin & Aesthetics.
Chief Operating Officer
As the COO of Skin & Aesthetic Centers, Tara Watson brings deep, progressive experience in healthcare operations, business development and organizational growth. She has worked in the Dermatology & Plastics space for the last 18 years, scaling some of Florida’s largest Dermatology MSOs- Riverchase Dermatology and DermCare Management. Prior to joining S&A, she spent time on the forefront of healthcare technology as a business head with Modernizing Medicine, who provide award winning technology services & clinical software across multiple subspecialties. She is an insightful, ethical leader that has a deep passion for all things healthcare and the heroes that make it happen.
Tara is based in Florida and spends her spare time giving back to the community as a SCORE volunteer, offering free workshops and business consulting for small & minority owned businesses.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Anderson has practiced dermatology for over 30 years in private practices, as well as in group and private equity. His successes as an entrepreneur in building a large single-specialty medical practice—and in subsequently joining leadership with a nationwide private equity group practice—have provided him with critical resources that are vital in building strong clinical and financial operations. His experience, which includes strategic and tactical planning, execution, and integration, has equipped him with in-depth insights into the advantages and challenges of medical practice in both small and large organizations.
