With more than 15 years of experience in payroll, HR, and accounting, primarily in healthcare, she supports employees and providers while driving consistent, compliant, and efficient payroll operations using Paycom.

Morgan Pondel oversees clinical and surgical training for medical assistants and providers, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality care across all practices. She serves as a primary resource for documentation, EMR optimization, and EMA support, with a strong focus on accurate coding for office visits and surgical procedures. Peter Fam leads Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations for Skin and Aesthetics Center, supporting the organization’s continued growth across dermatology, Mohs surgery, aesthetics, and administrative teams. He oversees end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for providers, clinical staff, and corporate roles while partnering closely with physicians, practice leadership, and executive teams to ensure each location is properly staffed and positioned for long-term success.
